My Approach to Treatment
- Do No Harm. Overly aggressive or ineffective therapies can both lead to unnecessary suffering.
- Strengthen Vitality and Prevent Disease by optimizing what you breathe, drink and eat; and how you sleep, exercise, work, and play.
- Intervene, when necessary, but at the safest level that will be effective. I utilize therapies including:
| Relaxation Techniques Breathwork Bodywork | Exercise Nutrition Homeopathy Herbal Therapies | Acupuncture |
I Request the Following
I request the following of all my patients and parents:
- Be honest with me. Give me as much information to work with as possible.
- Get involved with the decision process. You know your body (or child) better than I ever will. Let’s work together as a team.
- Implement the chosen course of therapy completely.
- Communicate. Are you satisfied? Is there a problem? Do you have other needs? I truly want to know.
- Expect miracles, and remember to be patient. The last time I checked, we are both still human.
